These Easy Turkey Ranch Pinwheel Wraps are a quick and delicious lunchbox solution made with flour tortillas, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, deli turkey, and cheddar cheese. They hold up perfectly without getting soggy and are a crowd-pleaser for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (3 tablespoons) ranch seasoning mix
  • 810 slices deli turkey breast
  • 46 slices cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or microwaving on low for 10-15 seconds.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the ranch seasoning mix. Stir until completely smooth and uniform.
  3. Lay one flour tortilla flat on a cutting board. Ensure it is at room temperature.
  4. Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the ranch cream cheese mixture evenly across the entire tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Place 2-3 slices of deli turkey flat on top of the cream cheese layer, overlapping slightly. If using lettuce, place it on top of the turkey, making sure it is completely dry.
  6. Lay 1-2 slices of cheddar cheese on top of the turkey.
  7. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly but gently, keeping the filling tucked in. Place the seam side down.
  8. Wrap the rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap, twisting the ends like a candy wrapper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Unwrap the chilled roll and place it on a cutting board. Using a sharp serrated knife, slice into 1-inch rounds using a gentle sawing motion.
  10. Serve immediately or pack in a lunchbox. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

For best results, use room-temperature cream cheese and tortillas. Chilling the rolled tortillas for at least 30 minutes is crucial for clean slices. If tortillas are dry, microwave between damp paper towels for 10 seconds to make them pliable. Slice with a sharp serrated knife using a gentle sawing motion. These pinwheels taste even better after sitting in the fridge overnight.
