A quick and easy no-bake fall dessert featuring a creamy pumpkin cheesecake dip with a fun spiderweb design. Perfect for Halloween parties, Thanksgiving, or any fall gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (for spiderweb)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for spiderweb)
  • Graham crackers, apple slices, pretzels, or ginger snaps for serving

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese and butter by letting them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat 8 oz cream cheese and 1/4 cup butter with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until combined.
  3. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture into a small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and stir until smooth. Set aside for the spiderweb.
  4. In another small bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined.
  5. Add the pumpkin mixture to the remaining cream cheese base. Gently fold 5-6 times until marbled (do not overmix).
  6. Spoon the dip into a serving dish and spread into an even layer.
  7. Place the reserved cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or zip-top bag with a tiny corner snipped. Pipe a small dollop in the center, then pipe concentric circles around it.
  8. Using a toothpick, gently drag from the center outward to the edge, then from the edge back toward the center between the lines to create a spiderweb pattern. Wipe the toothpick clean between each drag.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  10. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Arrange dippers around the bowl.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture. Do not use pumpkin pie filling. Let cream cheese and butter soften to room temperature for smooth blending. The dip tastes even better the next day. Add spiderweb design just before serving for best presentation.
